BUZMEIN ETRAP: HUNDREDS OF FAMILIES WILL CELEBRATE HOUSEWARMING

Twenty-two four-storey residential buildings made of prefabricated building panels will be commissioned in the Buzmein etrap of Ashgabat this year. Several hundred families will move to comfortable 2-3-room apartments with improved planning and a large area. The production association “Demirbetonönümleri” has already erected twenty 32-apartment residential buildings within the first stage of development of a residential area on Senagat Street. Two houses for large families were commissioned. Thirteen more four-storey buildings are planned to be built on this Buzmein street. In the near future, construction teams will complete the construction of a four-story 42-apartment building for people with disabilities on AltynAsyr Street in Buzmein etrap, and three more 32-apartment buildings for families in dire need.

The construction of a new residential area in the Buzmein etrap is carried out in an integrated manner. Intra-house spaces are landscaped taking into account high requirements for organization of cultural leisure and recreation of the townspeople. Sports grounds, stadiums, children's play areas, and temporary parking lots are being built here. A comprehensive school for 600 students has been built on the territory of the town. As part of the second stage of housing construction, the walls of the kindergarten for 160 places will be raised.

The construction of apartment buildings in the etrap will not be limited to the second stage. It was decided to expand the residential area by building another thirteen residential buildings on Senagat Street. Thus, there will be twice as many new settlements here than last year. Housing in the Buzmein etrap of Ashgabat is being created by order of the Ashgabat khyakimlik.

Panel house building is a popular area of the national urban planning program. Panel houses under construction in Buzmein etrap are technologically advanced buildings that meet all modern safety and energy efficiency requirements. Reconstruction of the largest factories of large-panel housing construction changed the attitude towards industrial construction. New industrial technologies have made it possible to increase labor efficiency and the quality of products. The specialists of the enterprises have significantly increased the production of reinforced concrete products, from which large-panel high-rise buildings are assembled in the etraps of the capital and the administrative centers of the velayats.

Along with high-rise buildings of superior comfort and improved planning in the Buzmein etrap of Ashgabat, the construction of a residential area, consisting mainly of cottage-type houses, has begun. On “Gunesh” street “Arkachgurlushyk” eterprise has erected nine two-storey two-apartment residential cottages. About ten more houses of this type will be built in the near future. This new urban planning practice should empower citizens to choose suitable housing that meets both modern requirements and individual needs and preferences.
