A STUDENT FROM TURKMENISTAN WON THE "BEST STUDENT OF THE CIS-2021" COMPETITION

Ogulay Atayeva, a student from Turkmenistan, who is receiving higher education in Belarus, won the international competition for Best Student in the CIS.

A third-year student of the Belarusian State University (BSU) won the Science nomination at the Best Student of the CIS-2021 competition. It was held among the scientific and educational institutions of the Commonwealth.

The best student of the CIS, Ogulay Atayeva, is a third-year student of economics. Being from Turkmenistan, she chose a Belarusian university to pursue her studies. During her university years, she took up science, writes works about innovations in economics and competition in business in Italian.

Her first scientific work is "Some aspects of social protection in Italy." Ogulay chose topics related mainly to Italy. Italian was chosen by Ogulay by the advice of her father, and in two years at the university she learned it from scratch.

Back in Turkmenistan, the girl listened to the songs of Toto Cutugno, one of her favorite songs was “L'Italiano”. Ogulay's father also always loved Italian songs, and when she asked him which language to choose, her father advised Italian. Now the girl speaks fluent English, Italian, Russian and native Turkmen. She also Understands Turkish. As a child, she learnt them in the family. And now she helps her sister with languages. After all, the more languages you know, the more options for communication, - the girl shared. “In addition, it makes it possible, when visiting different countries, to communicate with people without an interpreter.

To participate in the competition "The best student of the CIS" Ogulay wrote an autobiography, spoke about her achievements and presented her works. The level of research was enough to win the Science nomination.

Ogulay Atayeva took part in the International Universiade in the Italian language, published several scientific articles, participated in scientific conferences, then took second place in the International Olympiad in the Italian language in Kazakhstan.
