The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Korea Yoon Seok Yol and Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea Kim Jin Pyo on the occasion of the National holiday of the Republic of Korea - Liberation Day.
