DOVRAN HALBAEV IS APPOINTED AS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE FINANCIAL CONTROL SERVICE

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Halbaev Dovran Dovletovich is appointed as the Chairman of the Financial Control Service under the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
