SILAP VELBEGOV APPOINTED DEPUTY MINISTER OF FINANCE AND ECONOMY

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Velbegov, Silap Shamyradovich, was appointed deputy minister of finance and economy. 

The former deputy head of the ministry, Bayramdurdyyev, Merdan Orazgeldiyevich, was dismissed from office due to the failure to exercise the duties incumbent upon him.
