TÜRKMENDEŇIZDERÝAÝOLLARY AGENCY AND TURKMENBASHY INTERNATIONAL SEAPRT TO TAKE SHARE IN BALKAN SHIP BUILDING AND REPAIR YARD OJSC

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the Türkmendeňizderýaýollary Agency of the Ministry of Industry and Communication as well as Turkmenbashy International Seaport of the same agency, which are the co-founders of Balkan Ship Building and Repair Yard OJSC, are allowed to be shareholders of teh above-mentioned joint stock venture.
