THE PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN MAKES PERSONNEL CHANGES OF PROSECUTION AUTHORITY

President, Supreme Commander of the Armed forces of Turkmenistan signed the Order, which decided the following:

To appoint Babageldy Babayev, the attorney of the second class as the Prosecutor of Turkmenbashy for control of the fulfilment of laws in penitentiary facilities;

To appoint Myratsyl Myratgeldiyev, the attorney of the first class, as the Prosecutor of Mary for control of laws in penitentiary facilities;

To release junior counsellor of justice Batyr Suvkhanov from the post of the Prosecutor of Turkmenbashy for control of the fulfilment of laws in penitentiary facilities due the expiry of the terms of service;

To release junior counsellor of justice Ylham Sultanov from the post post of the Prosecutor of Mary for control of the fulfilment of laws in penitentiary facilities due the expiry of the terms of service.

Junior counsellor of justice Yakup Annayev was appointed as the Military Prosecutor of Ashgabat and released from the post of the Military Prosecutor of Ahal Velayat; 

Counsellor of justice Babamyrat Gurbanov was appointed as the Deputy Prosecutor of Mary Velayat and released from the post of the Prosecutor of Mary etrap, Mary Velayat; 

Junior counsellor of justice Ovezgeldy Berdiyev was appointed as the Prosecutor of Farap etrap, Lebap Velayat and released for the post of Prosecutor of S. Turkmenbashy etrap, Dashoguz Velayat; 

Junior counsellor of justice Guvanch Kadyrov was appointed as the Prosecutor of Tahtabazar etrap, Mary Velayat and released from the post of the Prosecutor of Gyoktepe etrap, Ahal Velayat; 

Attorney of the second class Nurmammet Annaberdiyev was appointed as the Military Prosecutor of Ahal Velayat; 

Attorney of the second class Berdimyrat Annayev was appointed as the Prosecutor of Gyoktepe etrap, Ahal Velayat; 

Junior counsellor of justice Ruslan Dovranov was appointed as the Prosecutor of Turkmenbashy etrap, Balkan Velayat; 

Attorney of the second class Aba Atayev was appointed as the Prosecutor of Avaza etrap, Turkemnbashy, Balkan Velayat; 

Attorney of the second class Meylis Yelmuratov was appointed as the Prosecutor of Etrek etrp, Balkan Velayat; 

Attorney of the second class Meylis Hojayev was appointed as the Prosecutor of S. Turkmenbashy etrap, Dashoguz Velayat; 

Attorney of the second class Batyr Vekilov was appointed as the Prosecutor of Kerky etrap, Lebap Velayat; 

Attorney of the second class Tirkesh Mammedov was appointed as the Prosecutor of Amry etrap, Mary Velayat; 

Junior counsellor of justice Halmuhammet Myradov was released from the post of the Prosecutor of Turkmenbashy etrap, Balkan Velayat due the expiry of the terms of service; 

Junior counsellor of justice Mergen Amanov was released from the post of the Prosecutor of Etrek etrap, Balkan Velayat due the expiry of the terms of service; 

Junior counsellor of justice Merdan Rejepov was released from the post of the Prosecutor of Kerky etrap, Lebap Velayat due the expiry of the terms of service; 

Counsellor of justice Kovus Sakhedov was released from the post of the Prosecutor of Farab etrap, Lebap Velayat due the expiry of the terms of service.
