REGULATION OF DETERMINING OF INSURANCE PREMIUMS TO BE PAID DEPENDING ON THE LEVEL OF SEVERITY OF DAMAGE IS APPROVED

For improvement of insurance activity in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan on Insurance, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, having approved the Regulation of determining of insurance premiums (insurance compensation) to be paid depending on the level of severity of damage related to insurance case.

The Document assigns to consider the Regulation of the President of Turkmenistan from December 24, 1992 on approval of the Regulation of determining of severity of damage for payment of compensation according to mandatory state insurance of passengers of air, railway, sea, internal river and motor transport as null and void.
