THE PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN INSTRUCTS TO DRAFT THE 2020 STATE BUDGET

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, instructing the Ministry of Finance and Economy:

to organize the work on drafting the State Budget of Turkmenistan for 2020, the main directions of socio-economic development and the investment programme of the country and submit them to the Cabinet of Ministers before November 1, 2019;

to distribute record forms and guidelines for drafting the above-mentioned projects among ministries, sectoral departments, hyakimliks of the regions and the city of Ashgabat before June 1, 2019;

to establish a working group of specialists and ensure its effective work for the preparation of the above projects.
