ALLABERDY ASHIROV IS APPOINTED AS THE RECTOR OF THE INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL AND TRANSPORT COMMUNICATIONS

In accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Allaberdy Ashirov is appointed as the Rector of the Institute of Engineering and Technical and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan.
