THE PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN MAKES PERSONNEL CHANGES IN PROSECUTION AUTHORITIES

According to the Order of President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov:

Advisor of Justice Muhammetoraz Gurbanov was released from the post of theprosecutor of Ahal Velayat and appointed as the prosecutor of Lebap Velayat;

Junior Advisor of Justice Ayly Orazov was released from the post of deputy prosecutor of Ahal Velayat and was appointed as the prosecutor of Ahal Velayat;

Advisor of Justice Bayrambay Yagmyrov was released from the post of the prosecutor of Lebap Velayat.

By the Resolution of President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov:

1st class lawyer Arazgeldy Atayev was appointed as the military prosecutor of Balkan Velayat; 1st class lawyer Oraz Hojayev was appointed as the military prosecutor of Dashoguz Velayat;

2nd class lawyer Nedirgeldy Allanazarov was appointed as the prosecutor of Balkanabat, Balkan Velayat;

1st class lawyer Artur Hojamedov was appointed as the prosecutor of Hazar, Balkan Velayat;

2nd class lawyer Nurmuhammet Saparliyev was appointed as the prosecutor of Gyorogly etrap, Dashoguz Velayat;

Advisor of Justice Danatar Myadenov was released from the post of the military prosecutor of Balkanabat, Balkan Velayat upon the expiry of the terms of duty;

Junior Advisor of Justice Begench Orazgeldiyev was released from the post of the prosecutor of Balkanabat, Balkan velayat upon the expiry of the terms of duty;

1st class lawyer Myametjan Bayramklychov was released from the post of the prosecutor of Hazar, Balkan Velayat upon the expiry of the terms of duty;

Junior Advisor of Justice Meret Meredov was released from the post of the military prosecutor of Dashoguz Velayat upon the expiry of the terms of duty;

1st class Yusup Meredov was released from the post of the prosecutor of Gyorogly etrp, Dashoguz Velayat upon the expiry of the terms of duty.
