PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN SIGNS THE DECREE ON PARDONING CONVICTED CITIZENS

Following the principles of mercy and humanity as well as on occasion of the 28th anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree on pardoning 868 convicted citizens.
