REGULATION OF THE STATE REGISTRATION OF INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEURS IS APPROVED

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having approved the Regulation of the state regulation of physical persons – individual entrepreneurs, which are engaged in entrepreneurship activity without formation of legal entity.

The Ministry of Finances and Economy together with the Ministry of Justice were assigned to develop and present proposals on amendments and addendums of the legislation of Turkmenistan followed from this Resolution to the Cabinet of Ministers within one months.
