BANK FOR FOREIGN ECONOMIC AFFAIRS EXECUTES A LOAN AGREEMENT TO FINANCE PROJECTS, IMPLEMENTED BY ENTREPRENEURS
In order to attract financial resources to the national economy, support small and medium businesses, and provide financial assistance for the development of private entrepreneurship, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution authorizing the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs to execute a loan agreement with the OPEC Fund for International Development to finance projects implemented by entrepreneurs.
