CONSULATE OF TURKMENISTAN IN ASTRAKHAN ORGANIZES SPORTS WEEK AT MAGTYMGULY PYRAGY SCHOOL

On April 2, a Sports Week kicked off at Magtymguly Pyragy School in the village of Funtovo, Privolzhsky District, Astrakhan Region (Russia). Open to students in grades 5-8, the competitions will celebrate World Health Day and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence.

Organized by the Consulate of Turkmenistan in Astrakhan (the Russian Federation), the sporting event seeks to promote the principles of healthy lifestyle among young people. The prize-giving ceremony will take place on April 7.
