THE HEAD OF TURKMEN DIPLOMATIC MISSION IN KIEV PARTICIPATES IN PLENARY SESSION OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENT FORUM
Taras Shevchenko Kiev National University has organized the III International conference of foreign students “Ukraine and peace: Educational and cultural space”, which has been held in online format on May 14.
Representatives of profile ministries, departments, diplomatic corps, parliamentarians, heads of foreign students of various Ukrainian universities have gathered to discuss current aspects of study of foreign citizens in higher educational institutes of Ukraine.
Director of Taras Shevchenko Kiev National University Vladimir Bugrov has addressed the participants with greeting speech. He expressed the confidence in fruitful work of the forum and noted high level of attention from Ukrainian side to the issues of education of foreign students.
Deputy Minister for European Integration of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Andrey Vitrenko, Head of the Representative Office of European Union Matti Maasikas, General Director of Ukrainian Institute Vladimir Sheyko, Ukrainian State Center of International Education of the Ministry of Education and Science Elena Shapovalova, Ambassador Extrordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Ukraine Toyly Atayev, Commissioner of Protection of National Language, Deputy of the Supreme Council of the 8th Convocation Taras Kremin and other have made speeches at the online conference.
Ambassador Toyly Atayev has told on the trends of development of scientific and educational sphere of Turkmenistan and its transit to digital and multilingual platform as well as on development of advanced practice and international cooperation in this direction.
Five sections session, at which the students presented reports in English, Ukrainian and Russian languages, including Turkmen students who study in Taras Shevchenko Kiev National University, has been held under the conference.
