TURKMENISTAN DEVELOPS TRADE AND ECONOMIC RELATIONS WITH LIPETSK REGION, RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Representatives of the Trade and Industrial Chamber of Turkmenistan and Center of Export Support of Lipetsk Region (Russian Federation) have discussed perspectives of cooperation. The meeting, which was held in online format on May 14, has been held in constructive atmosphere. It was informed at the website of Lipetsk Time TV and Radio Channel.

Turkmen side has expressed interest in expansion of beneficial partnership with Lipetsk Region of Russia especially in such spheres as agriculture, metallurgy, petrochemical and energy industries.

Turkmenistan exports production of textile industry to this region of Russian Federation. Metal works, machinery, equipment and confectionary come to our country from Lipetsk Region. According to the sides, meeting of representatives of business circles will support to define the spheres of common interests and activation of cooperation. It was decided to resume the meetings after lifting of COVID-19 restrictions.
