HEADS OF RUSSIAN REGIONS CONGRATULATE THE PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN ON 140TH ANNIVERSARY OF ASHGABAT

On the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the Turkmen capital, the leaders of the regions of the Russian Federation send congratulatory messages to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

In their congratulatory messages, Head of the Mari El Republic of Alexander Yevstifeyev and Prime Minister of the Udmurt Republic Yaroslav Semyonov emphasized that due to the efforts taken by the President of Turkmenistan, tremendous job had been done in Ashgabat today to build social and cultural facilities, ensure economic development, and improve the well-being of citizens. 

In his video address, Head of the Chuvash Republic, Oleg Nikolaev congratulated the President and the people of Turkmenistan and emphasized that today Ashgabat was a beautiful white marble city with modern infrastructure, a center of science and culture.

The Head of the Chuvash Republic expresses confidence that, thanks to the talent and hard work of residents, Ashgabat will continue to amaze everyone with its improvement and development.

Mayors of Kazan (Republic of Tatarstan) and Izhevsk (Republic of Udmurtia) also congratulated Turkmen citizens on this significant day.
