TURKMEN ENTREPRENEURS OFFER WIDE VARIETY OF ICE-CREAM

Favorite from the childhood, refreshing treat – an ice-cream, is on high demand with the onset of hot summer days. Turkmen entrepreneurs offer wide variety of this sweet and cold desert for any taste. They fully satisfy the demand of local market of the country as well as export ice-cream abroad.

«Bakjam söwda», which production has come to shopping network more than 10 years ago, is one of the biggest private producers of ice-cream in Turkmenistan. 30 varieties of «Bakjam» trademark including«Ýüpek ýoly», «Dostluk», «Ertekiler dünýäsi», «Alaja», «Jadyly», «Sowgat», «Magma», «Fakel», «Miwe lezzeti», «Maşgala», «Bereket», «Balam», «Sähra» and «Karnet» are on a stable consumers’ demand. They are attracted by variety of tastes and shapes as well as by bright packing. Modern high-technology equipment from European brands and natural local raw material provide high quality of production made by the entrepreneurs.

Turkmen company «Täze aý» makes around 40 varieties of ice-cream. High quality of this production was appreciated not only by Turkmenistan citizens but also by people of the People’s Republic of China. The company exports ice-cream to the PRC for several years already. Several hundred tons of ice-cream have been shipped to the northeast of China (Ningbo and Wenzhou) in 2020. This year, it is planned to export the production on regular basis.

Private company «Paýhas», which buys fresh production from neighboring farms for making 26 varieties of sweet treat, has big experience in production of ice-cream. The consumers are well aware of such names of sweet production as «Ýedigen», «Aýly agşam», «Paýhas», «Plombir» and other ice-cream varieties in chocolate glazing with taste of banana, caramel and pistachio.

Different ice-cream of «Erteki» trademark is also very popular among consumers. While adults mostly choose «Kapriz», «Olimp» or «Plombir», children are attractd by «Towşanjyk» and «Telpejik» ice-cream, which is mae specially for them.

Ice-cream from «Salkyn» private producer is on high demand not only in Mary Region, where the factory is located, but also in the capital, which residents are offered with such varieties as «Garagum», «Köpetdag», «Almaz», «Kornet», «Merw», «Körpe», «Mermer», «Altyn». Everyone can choose his favorite ice-cream from wide variety of production with different tastes like fruit, chocolate, nut, dairy and butter.
