The relevance and timeliness of the Forum is confirmed by the many times accelerated rates of digitalization of society, state and business. The leader of the nation notes that it was the digitalization of the economy that allowed the technologically developed countries of the world to make a leap forward and become one of the world leaders.
Turkmenistan has comprehensively approached the task of transition to the digital economy. Improving the legal framework, creating favorable conditions for the development of IT companies, resolving issues of staffing and much more will certainly accelerate the achievement of the goals clearly formulated in the Concept for the Development of the Digital Economy in Turkmenistan for 2019-2025, approved by the President in May last year.
