THE SALES GEOGRAPHY IS EXPANDED
A list is expanded of the foreign receivers of the high-quality yarn, produced in the cotton mill located in Kunyaurgench etrap. This year China joined them for the first time. The enterprise’s production is also highly demanded in a number of the European and some Arabian countries. Every year, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the concluded in the Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange contracts, the mill exports abroad about 70 percent of the produced cotton yarn. It became possible due to the high quality of the produced here goods and stable fulfillment by the personnel of the contractual obligations, that is particular appreciated in the world textile market.
The enterprise, located in the north of Turkmenistan, is one of the young textile factories of the country. It is able to process on an annual basis 6 thousand 700 ton of raw cotton and produce 6 thousand ton of the highly demanded in the global market high-quality cotton yarn of the pneumatic-mechanical production technique «Open End”, which by its quality and textile characteristics meets high world standards. The high-tech equipment is operated in the enterprise, which is characterized by the high capacity and optimal energy consumption. The installed here spinning machinery, tow finisher cards and other specialized equipment of well-known brand are successfully operated by the personnel, year by year increasing their professional experience and mastership.
It is worth pointing out that in Dashoguz velayat, being one of the largest producers of raw cotton in Turkmenistan, due to the state investments, a complete cycle is formed today, including production and processing of cotton to the final, high-quality and environmentally sound product. In the processing of the grown in the region medium staple species of raw cotton, is involved the cotton mill, which was put into operation in 2010 in Dashoguz city, capable to process on the annual basis over 16,6 thousand ton of raw cotton and produce 14,5 thousand ton of the highly demanded in the global market high quality “Ring” cotton yarn of various color, and the cotton mill “Serdar”, which is specialized «on the production of yarn of the pneumatic-mechanical production technique. For a period of its operation, they provided the considerable increase of production of the textile production being in demand with the consumers in the domestic and foreign markets.
