THE PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN GOT ACQUAINTED WITH THE PROGRESS OF CONSTRUCTION AND PROJECTS OF NEW BUILDINGS OF MILITARY AND LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES
Today, the President of Turkmenistan, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov got acquainted with the progress of work on the implementation of the instructions given earlier by the nation’s leader on the establishment of the Economic Management of military and law enforcement agencies, the construction of a building for the maintenance of service dogs, as well as a stable.
The President of Turkmenistan notes that agriculture and the establishment of production have great prospects in further improving the supply of food to military and law enforcement agencies. At the meeting held on November 3, the State Security Council considered the issues of creating the Economic Management of the country’s military and law enforcement agencies.
In this regard, the leader of the nation assigned the country’s law enforcement agencies, along with the cultivation of vegetables, fruit and melons, to set up their processing and establish the construction of greenhouses. It will solve the issue of year-round provision of fresh vegetables, as well as initiate young people into conscientious work, increase their love for their native land.
The head of state, having stopped in one of the beautiful foothill corners, continued his journey riding an Akhal-Teke horse. Solicitous attitude to nature, preservation of its beauty and riches for future generations are priority directions of the state policy of Turkmenistan. Our country makes a worthy contribution to the development of regional and international cooperation in environmental issues, biodiversity conservation, and combating desertification.
Thus, flora and fauna have preserved their pristine fecundity and diversity – the priceless wealth of our Motherland, which is of great interest to the world scientific circles.
As part of the landscaping program, forest park zones have been created in various parts of the country, on the banks of rivers and drainage channels. The construction of the Altyn Asyr Turkmen Lake in the Central Karakums promotes the improvement of the ecological state not only of our country, but also of the entire region.
Then the head of state got acquainted with the progress of work on the construction of the Economic Management of Military and Law Enforcement Agencies.
Chairman of the State Customs Service M.Khudaikulyev reported on the projects of facilities and structures planned for erection at the first stage of construction of this department. The complex consists of several buildings, which will provide everything necessary for the formation of young servicemen’s work skills.
Having closely perused the submitted projects and drawings, the nation’s leader made a number of comments and inserted appropriate adjustments, noting that during design and construction, special attention should be paid to the quality of work and compliance of the architectural appearance of buildings with the centuries-old traditions of national architecture.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that the place for the construction of the complex in one of the most beautiful corners of the Kopetdag foothills was chosen successfully.
Chairman of the State Border Service Ya.Nuriyev presented the projects of a 150-seat canteen for border guards and other facilities. It is planned to build a parking lot, warehouses, three 16-apartment 2-storey residential buildings.
Then the head of state inspected a cage with service dogs, and the conditions created here. The head of the State Border Guard Service reported the national leader on the preparation of Alabaies for service, the work being carried out to develop the characteristic abilities of this breed.
For our people Alabai embodies loyalty, friendship, fearlessness and strength, these qualities are very important for the protection of the State Border. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov notes that as a guard dog, Alabai is irreplaceable, faithfully serves its master and protects its loved ones. The characteristic features of this breed of dogs are their courage, bravery, self-confidence, the head of state noted.
Then the leader of the nation on horseback headed towards the new stable.
At this time of year, these places are especially beautiful and attractive. Gorges with full-flowing streams, densely wooded mountain slopes create a special climatic aura. The scientifically based use of the riches of nature for recreation and health improvement of people is an issue that the head of state constantly keeps under control.
The leader of the nation stopped at the construction site of a stable intended for the maintenance of horses of military and law enforcement agencies. Minister of Internal Affairs O. Khojanyyazov presented drawings of future structures for consideration of the head of state. Not only premises for breeding, nursing and dressage of Akhal-Teke horses will be built here, but also houses for horse breeders and officers.
Having carefully studied the submitted projects, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made several comments and gave a number of instructions to the minister. All new buildings must meet high international standards – these are stables for breeding and rearing world-famous Akhal-Teke horses, which are our pride and glory, and housing for military personnel and horse breeders.
Then the Supreme Commander-in-Chief headed towards the nearby shooting range, intended for target practice.
Systematic strengthening of the material and technical base of military and law enforcement agencies, advanced training of military personnel, combat training of personnel are in the focus of the nation’s leader. Particular importance is attached to the issues of successful implementation of the provisions of the Military Doctrine, which is purely defensive in nature.
In the shooting range, the head of state fired several shots at the target. All the bullets hit the center of the target, which was a testament to the national leader’s high skill.
The heads of the military and law enforcement agencies have once again witnessed how masterfully the leader of the nation manages with modern weapons, achieving high performance everywhere.
Addressing the audience, the President of the country noted that military-applied sports are a necessary requirement for all personnel and help successfully carry out combat missions. The head of state left a memorable note on the hit targets.
