DEVELOPED INFRASTRUCTURE FOR NEW COMPLEX

The developed necessary utilities and communications of different purpose will be provided in the new complex of residential houses and facilities under construction at the area of 71 hectares along the motor road from Dashoguz city to the international airport. Their construction will be carried aout by the specialists of the winner of bid Economic Society “Yumek yoly gyrkushyk”.

The new complex will be built stage-by-stage during several years. It is comprised of dozens of apartment houses with improved planning, in general designed for 1469 flats, modern center of health, kindergarten for 240 place, secondary school for 600 place, consumer services center and others.

For landscaping of the large residential area all necessary utilities and communications will be provided, including water, heat and power supply; sewage system and etc. suffice to say, more than ten thousand meters of pipes of different diameter and purpose will be used for water supply only, length of the water supply pipeline will be 4600 meters, of heating pipes – 5400 meters. Two sewage-pump stations, new power substation will serve the new residential area; 30 transformers will be installed here, including modular, that allows to provide more connections in less area. It is planned to install 446 posts for the street light system.

The underground laying of utilities will be widely used in the new residential area.

In the line with the spirit of the time, in Dashoguz velayat, as throughout the country, at the further development of settlements, special attention is paid to the creation there of full infrastructure, including the presence of all the most important elements of engineering improvement of territories. In addition to providing comfortable living conditions, this contributes to a more prudent use of natural resources and environmental protection.
