SELECTED SEEDS ARE THE KEY TO A GOOD HARVEST

A responsible campaign for the preparation of high-quality seed material for rice-growing farms of the Dashoguz velayat was launched by specialists of the rice cleaning enterprise located on the territory of the M. Hojamammedow geneshlik of the S. Turkmenbashi etrap. The work is carried out in a specialized workshop, where all the necessary technological operations, including the selection, cleaning and processing of grain, are carried out on the appropriate equipment of the well-known Satake brand.

The high-quality seed material prepared in this way allows for accurate sowing, good germination, timely uniform development, maturation and high yield. It passes all the necessary range of laboratory tests for quality. In the warehouse of the enterprise, for the subsequent storage of prepared seeds, the optimal mode of temperature and humidity is automatically maintained.

The most adapted to the weather and climatic conditions of the northern region and having a long history of cultivation, high-yielding and disease-resistant elite varieties of pearl grain were again chosen as seed material. The staff of the enterprise intends to prepare the necessary amount of seed material for the upcoming spring sowing in strict accordance with the technological requirements.

Rice is one of the most important food crops in the agricultural sector of the Dashoguz velayat.

This year it is again planned to be placed here on an area of eight thousand one hundred hectares. For the successful cultivation of rice, the state has created all the necessary conditions, including the formation of a complete production chain for its cultivation and deep processing. Strict observance of all requirements for crop care, the basic rules and regimes of threshing, transportation during harvesting, as well as scientific recommendations at the stage of its processing, provide rice produced here with excellent taste and stable consumer demand.
