CELEBRATIONS ON THE OCCASION OF THE LAYING OF A NEW RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Today, on behalf of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, celebrations were held in the city of Turkmenbashi in the Balkan velayat on the occasion of the laying of a new residential complex with all the relevant infrastructure.

As is known, in order to form a new architectural and urban design of the country's velayats in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, as well as to create more comfortable living conditions for employees of institutions of the transport and communication complex, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree providing for the construction of 5 4-storey 60-apartment residential buildings with all facilities.

In accordance with the document, the design and construction of houses was entrusted to the “Ynamly hyzmatdaşlar”economic society. The territory adjacent to the new buildings will be landscaped and greened up.

The residential complex is scheduled to be put into operation in 2024.

... In the morning, the new building, elegantly decorated with garlands of balloons, has an atmosphere of great celebration. Variety performers, bakhshi, folklore groups perform with a concert program specially prepared for today's event.

The celebration was attended by heads of sectoral structures of the transport and communication complex, velayat and city hakimliks, honorary elders, representatives of public organizations, the media, and local residents.

The speakers emphasized that the construction of residential buildings that started today is another clear evidence of the success of large-scale reforms carried out in Turkmenistan aimed at further socio-economic development of the country's regions, improving the living standards of the population.

The participants expressed their gratitude to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for his concern for improving the well-being of the people, addressing the head of state with heartfelt wishes for health, happiness, long life, new grandiose successes in the name of the prosperity of the Motherland.

Unprecedented in terms of construction, deployed in all corners of the Turkmen land, modern plants and factories that have grown everywhere, medical, cultural and sports centers, new buildings of universities and schools have become the embodiment of the growing economic power of our country, which has made a huge leap forward in recent years and is now striving towards new heights of progress.
