According to the organizers, the awarding of the winners and prize-winners of the competition will take place on October 1 this year. And their scientific articles will be recommended to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan for publication in the journal Foreign Policy and Diplomacy of Turkmenistan.

Additionally, information about the course of the competition will be posted on the IMO website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan (www.iirmfa.edu.tm) and the digital educational portal of the university (iirmfa.nesil.edu.tm).

The competition was based on the most important initiative of Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to promote the new philosophy of international relations “Dialogue is a guarantee of peace”. Its goal is coordinated joint activity, uniting the efforts of the international community to strengthen peace, security and stability, and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. This initiative was announced during the International Conference "Policy of peace and trust - the basis of international security, stability and development", held on December 11 last year in the Turkmen capital.

Based on this, the goal of the International Competition is to develop a deep understanding among young people of such universal human values as peace, trust, awareness, openness, inclusiveness and mutual respect, as well as the formation of mechanisms for the participation of young citizens in the wide popularization of these values and their culture. At the same time, the competition is aimed at achieving the commitment of all states to the generally accepted norms of international law, establishing and enriching the culture of interaction and peace, both at the national level and based on the potential of the diplomatic traditions of other states seeking to contribute to the common cause.
