SOLEMN MEETINGS AT THE TURKMEN STATE INSTITUTE OF FINANCE

Solemn events were held at the Turkmen State Institute of Finance, within the framework of which a scientific and practical conference was held and the results of the academic year were summed up.

The festive meeting at the university opened with a scientific and practical conference, which was called "Priority directions for the development of the financial, economic and banking sector of Turkmenistan" and was timed to coincide with the Day of workers of culture and art, as well as the poetry of Magtymguly Fragi.

The conference was attended by management, representatives of the teaching staff, students of the university, as well as guests invited that day.

At the opening ceremony, the Rector of the Institute addressed all those present with a welcoming speech, after which the event brought together all the participants of the meeting at the plenary session, where the first thematic reports of teachers, students and guests of the university were made.

Then the conference continued in eight sections, the first of which was devoted to the greatest poet and philosopher of the East Magtymguly Fragi and the invaluable work of the classic. In the content of the reports, the lofty ideas and aspirations of Magtymguly, a true patriot of his land, reflected in poetry, were especially emphasized. It was said with pride that the dreams of peace, friendship, solidarity, unity of the people, immortalized in his poems, have come true in our independent and prosperous state. It was noted that the immeasurably rich literary heritage of the poet is an exemplary school of education for the younger generation.

The topics of most sections, according to the general theme of the forum and the profile of its hosting institution, were devoted to sectors of the national economy. In particular, the attention of the participants was focused on the development of public-private cooperation and exports in Turkmenistan, digitalization of the economy, lending to private entrepreneurship, training of high-level specialists for the rapidly developing socio-economic sphere of the country, etc.

During the work of the sections, topical issues related to the development of national education were also covered. In this context, the speeches spoke about the tasks and methods aimed at improving the teaching of foreign languages in universities, the digitalization of education, the comprehensive and harmonious development of student youth.

Further, at the end of the conference, its participants became eyewitnesses of a significant event in the life of the university, within which the successful results of the 2021-2022 academic years were summed up. Here, in a solemn atmosphere, the ceremony of presenting diplomas and certificates to students and young teachers of the university - winners and prize-winners of scientific competitions, interuniversity subject Olympiads, took place.

In particular, the laureates of the state competition of scientific works among the youth of Turkmenistan, held by the Academy of Sciences of the country and the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization, were honored at the festive site at the university.

Students of the institute who won prizes in various Olympiads among students of the country's universities - in mathematics, economics, modern computer technology, foreign languages, history of Turkmenistan, etc. were also awarded diplomas.

In general, more than 20 diplomas were awarded at the festive ceremony, rightfully deserved by representatives of the Institute of Finance, who distinguished themselves, brilliantly showed their knowledge and erudition in intellectual competitions with colleagues from other Higher Schools of the country.
