Президент Туркменистана подписал Постановление, разрешив хякимлику города Ашхабада заключить с местными строительными предприятиями контракты на проектирование и строительство с благоустройством прилегающей территории в жилом массиве Мир-7 столицы 23 девятиэтажных современных домов и парка вместе с инженерными коммуникациями и дорогами. Документом предписано начать строительные работы в апреле 2019 года и сдать объекты с полной готовностью к эксплуатации в декабре 2021 года.
