DELEGATION OF THE EUROPEAN UNION IN TURKMENISTAN HOLDS A SEMINAR FOR JOURNALISTS OF THE COUNTRY

A two-day seminar of the European Union Delegation to Turkmenistan on the development of journalism in the country has started.

It brought together a select group of like-minded copywriters and journalists.

The event is aimed at discussing current issues and trends in journalism around the world, providing media representatives with new tools and methodologies for further professional development.

In particular, they will learn who influencers, multiplayers, bloggers are, and consider the importance of their activities in the modern media space. The workshop will also discuss disinformation and methods for detecting and combating it through practical exercises.

The participants made presentations about their own experience as a journalist in Turkmenistan presented their vision of the development of this profession in the country.
