DASHOGUZ BREEDERS TEST A NEW WHEAT VARIETY

A new variety of wheat "Dovletli" was planted in the experimental site of the Dashoguz Research and Production Testing Center, located in the Gubadag etrap. According to experts, the variety bred this year is adapted to local soil and climatic conditions, characterized by high yield, disease and salt tolerance, high gluten content. Seeds of the first harvest will be transferred to local farms for testing on the fields. 

For the northern region, due to its soil and climatic features, seed farming of grain crops is a current area of agro-science. The team of the region Research and Production Testing Center makes a great contribution to the work on selection and sorting.
