NATIONAL HYDROMETEOROLOGY COMMITTEE IS ASSIGNED TO THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND NATURAL PROTECTION

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which National Hydrometeorology Committee under the Cabinet of Ministries of Turkmenistan is assigned under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Protection and named as the Hydrometeorology Service of this Ministry.

The document assigns the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Protection of Turkmenistan the following:

To prepare and approve the Draft Provision on Hydrometeorology Centre of the Ministry in set order;

Together with the Ministry of Justice to prepare and present the proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers on amendments and addendums of the legislation of the country following for this Resolution.
