A MODERN VILLAGE WILL BE BUILT IN SERDAR ETRAP, BALKAN VELAYAT

In order to build a new village in Serdar Etrap, Balkan Velayat, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the Balkan Velayat Khyakimlik:

to coordinate the works on the construction of the relevant facilities and objects in the new modern village that will be built in Serdar Etrap, Balkan Velayat, to monitor the construction works, as well as to implement the construction of the new village;

to draft the master plan for the construction of the new village, launch the construction works in 2019 and implement them in two stages: the first stage – in 2019-2022, the second stage – 2022-2025.
