ONLINE-MEETING WITH TURKMEN STUDENTS WAS HELD IN KAZAKHSTAN
On March 29, 2021, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Kazakhstan organized online-meeting with compatriots and Turkmen students, studying in the higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan. The meeting was devoted to the proclamation of the year 2021 as the International Year of Peace and Trust,
Opening the event the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan B.Redjepov told about the planned events in the country this year, which was announced as the year of “Turkmenistan – Homeland of Peace and Trust”, as well as about the events devoted to the 30th Anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Independence, to the 140th birthday of Ashgabat city and other important events.
Turkmen students also made speeches at the meeting and expressed their gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan for paternal care of the younger generation.
In addition, the heads and representatives of public and cultural centres of Almaty and Karaganda cities made their presentations in which they expressed the pride for the achievements of Turkmenistan and noted their desire to take active part in the events to be organized by the Embassy.
At the outcome of the event, there was held the concert, prepared by Turkmen students.
