TENNIS COMPETITION HAS BEEN HELD IN NUR-SULTAN CITY
On April 16, 2021, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Republican Public Association of the Tennis Federation of Kazakhstan organized the sports event on tennis timed to the World Health Day.
The event was attended by the representatives of diplomatic missions, accredited in the city of Nur-Sultan.
At the beginning of the competition, Ambassador of Turkmenistan B.Redjepov informed the participants that the successful realization of the sports policy of the President of Turkmenistan led to an increase in activity of Turkmen athletes in the world sport movement, major international sport competitions including World and Asian championships are being held in the country.
In 2021, the international calendar of sports events of Turkmenistan has already recorded the holding of an international tennis tournament for the Davis Cup and the World Track Cycling Championship.
Further, the participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with all the subtleties and features of tennis.
