A CONFERENCE WAS HELD AT TOKAT GAZIOSMANPAŞA UNIVERSITY IN TURKEY
On October 7, 2021, a scientific and cultural conference dedicated to the declaration of 2021 in the country as “Turkmenistan – Homeland of Peace and Trust” was held at the Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University of the Republic of Turkey.
The conference, organized by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Turkey dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the country, was attended by executives, professors, Turkmen and foreign students of the university, the head and other representatives of the Embassy.
In his speech, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Turkey told about the achievements of Turkmenistan during 30 years of independence and the large-scale work carried out under the leadership of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
In their speeches, the Rector and other representatives of the university spoke about the importance of bilateral cooperation in the field of education and wished the Turkmen-Turkish relations prosperity.
Video clips dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Neutrality of Turkmenistan and the rich cultural heritage of the country were shown. A concert was organized by Turkmen students of the university.
As part of the event, an exhibition of books by the esteemed President of Turkmenistan and a photo exhibition highlighting the history and cultural values of Turkmenistan were also held at the university building.
