COOLING DOWN AND RAINS: BRIEFLY ABOUT WEATHER IN TURKMENISTAN

Preliminary forecast of weather for the final week of October in Turkmenistan promises rains. The apparent cooling down will be beginning from midweek. A fall of heavy precipitation will be in the mountain areas of Kopetdag, where the fall of snow does not exclude.  

The weather is sunny in Ashgabat +18...+20°, air temperature may decrease to +13…+15° at day time, and +4…+6° at night time. With rain at times.

It will be cooling down within a week in Ahal velayat as well, where there is prospect of rain.  Average air temperature is +11…+16° afternoons, +1…+6° at night time.

Partly cloudy and rains in Balkan velayat. At day time the weather gets warm up to +19…+24°, +4…+9° at night time.

Decrease in temperature with precipitation will be observed in Mary velayat. In some regions of the velayat stem of a thermometer will show –1…+4° at night time, и +12…17° afternoons.

In Lebap velayat will get colder to –2…+3° at night time, +11…+16° afternoons, patchy rain.

It will be rainy in Dashoguz velayat, where air temperature is –2…+3° at night time, +8..+13° afternoons.

In connection with the significant weather change, the Hydrometeorological Service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment Protection of Turkmenistan calls to be attentive to the health, escape suffering from exposure, and dress according to the weather.
