PRODUCTION OF TURKMEN CONFECTIONERS - IN THE EXHIBITION IN ALMATY

Turkmen private enterprise “Balam” presented a wide range of the confectionery in the 23rd Central Asian International Exhibition FoodExpo Qazaqstan-2021. Over 450 companies from 36 world countries participate in the exhibition, which was opened in the Expo Center «Atekent» of Almary city. They demonstrate their production at the stands in following sections: food and beverages, technologies, baking and confectionary industry, ingredients. The large-scaled forum will be till 5 November.

The stand of the Turkmen enterprise “Balam” is located on the business section «Baking and confectionary industry». Our confectioners will present for the specialists and guests of exhibition their new products – various biscuits from puff-paste, oriental sweets and cakes.

The confectionery enterprise “Balam” was founded as a family business in Ashgabat in 2016. Having opened their own production on manufacturing of the bakery and confectionery products in the residential area Gypchak of Bagtyyarlyk etrap of Ashgabat city, the enterprise worked its way up from a small shop with a capacity of 100 kg/shift, to the large production enterprise with a capacity of 2,5 thousand ton of production per month. A special milestone in the history of company became an opening of the second production site and implementation there of new activity area - production from puff-paste. Not it is a unique in the country enterprise which is able to produce a wide range of the export-oriented product – in fresh and frozen state. The production sites are furnished with the advanced equipment and technologies from the world companies - «Rondo» (Switzerland), «Diosna» and «Miwe» (Germany). All production processes of the biscuits from puff-paste and bake goods are automated and computerized. It allows to produce every day several tons of various and high qualitative sweet goods according to the European recipes.

Today “Balam” Company is a modern, fastest growing enterprise, and ranks among the best confectionery enterprises of Turkmenistan. The production range includes over 100 product names, among them - goods from puff-paste, short paste, fancy cakes, bread, bake goods, orient sweets and cakes. The confectioners produce the biscuit «Balam from puff-paste with chocolate and sultana flavour, biscuit «Yurek», and “Novruz” goods, roll pastry «Bitaraplyk» with raspberry, cherry, strawberry, sandthorn and blackberry jam, sandwich biscuits and khachapuri. Besides, the confectioners every hour bake five thousand croissants with various fillers – the traditional product of the French cuisine.

The entrepreneurs organized production of the frozen goods from puff-paste for the pending baking. All production of the confectionery enterprise is baked from flour produced in our country and is packed in the materials produced in the adjoined enterprises of the multifunctional enterprise «Gozly», and can be stored and transported for long distance, and exported abroad as well.
