FOOTBALL PLAYERS OF «ALTYN ASYR» AWARDED THE CHAMPIONSHIP CUP

The Champion's Cup and gold medals for victory in the national championship-2021 were presented to the players of Ashgabat «Altyn Asyr» by the chairman of the Football Federation of Turkmenistan Arslan Ainazarov.

According to the FTF, the awards ceremony took place at the Sport Toplumy stadium in the Byzmeyinsky etrap of Ashgabat at the end of the match of the final 14th round «Altyn Asyr» – «Nebitchi», which ended with the victory of the team of the agency «Turkmenaragatnashyk» - 1: 0. The first champion's Cup was lifted over his head by the 31-year-old captain of the «Altyn Asyr» team Ahmed Atayev.

Let us remind you that in 14 meetings held «Altyn Asyr» won 11 victories, one match was drawn and ahead of schedule, two rounds before the end of the national championship, won the title of champion of Turkmenistan for the eighth time. The honored coach of the country Yazkuli Khojageldyev led the finalist of the AFC Cup -2018 to this success.

In 2022, «Altyn Asyr» as the champion of the country will represent Turkmenistan in one of the Asian club tournaments.
