The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution allowing the Administration of Ahal Velayat to enter into contracts with construction companies for project planning and construction of residential buildings in new administration centre of Ahal Velayat with development of surrounding territory. The document assigns to start construction works in November 2019 and to put residential buildings, internal and external electrical and gas supply systems into operation in September 2021.
