A meeting with the Minister of Mines and Petroleum of Afghanistan was held in Kabul

On January 25, 2026, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Afghanistan H.E. Hoja Ovezov met with the Minister of Mines and Petroleum, Hedayatullah Badri. The parties discussed the recent progress of the TAPI project and enhancing the joint cooperation between Turkmenistan and Afghanistan for accelerating the implementation of the TAPI project.
